"Karl was knowledgeable, kind, thorough and oriented to details of the job. The team did an excellent post construction clean- there was a ton of dust. He pointed out final things for the contractor to know and tend to or repair. He also made some follow up suggestions for how to tackle a perplexing design problem. Also, they figured out how to do the work quickly in preparation for my family joining me. I was more than happy with all of it and the space looks great."

"I gave address and directions, but they were late anyway. Most of cleaning was done well, but cabinet under sink was ignored, as was small patio. Blinds were not cleaned."

"I am thrilled with this service. I love their professionalism -- they are communicative and very clear about pricing, areas of special care to clean, and more. My place is small but it has a zillion small items of personal value and they dusted each one with care. They also totally turned my little patio into a functional space -- I'm not even sure how they did that! Every single detail was just great. I am eager to set up a monthly arrangement -- they are by far the best service I've had in the 9 years I've lived here!"

"Cleaned from floor board to ceiling fans. Did a excellent job. No complaints what so ever. Did not have to go behind her to touch up. Was very good with the dogs. The price is very fair, got more than the price. Will be having them clean again for sure."

"Lucy, the owner, was nice, and the work done was a good job. However, the cleaners came 2 1/2 hours late. We HAD to have the house done by that evening because we were on a deadline, and Lucy did NOT contact us that they would be that late. She said, "I forgot to contact you. Sorry." We were not happy. I told her that if they could not do the job, then we must find another service to get it done THAT day. They finally showed up 2 1/2 hours later; we did have to call Lucy several times to find out where they were. She said, "They are coming, they are almost there, and I'm coming over now personally to help them." Well, Lucy never showed up. They charged us $30 more than we agreed on originally. We had set up an arrangement with Lucy the owner to not go over $150--in other words, clean what you can in the 2-2 1/2 hours and don't go over our budget! Well, they took 3 hours, and charged us $180. And we didn't even have 2 of the rooms in the house cleaned! We had said they didn't need to clean those rooms. And they did not strip & wash the sheets, that they said they would do. They DID do a good job in what they cleaned and the 2 cleaners who came were very nice. We did pay them the $180. We should not have been charged the extra $30 because they were 2 1/2 hours late with no communication, and we were on a deadline. The professional thing for them to have done, was to honor the $150 we agreed upon originally and to compensate for their tardiness with no communication. I won't hire this service again."

FAQs for post construction clean up projects in Cave Creek, AZ

Plan on one hour of cleaning for every 100 to 200 square feet. That means a two-to-four-person crew will spend eight to 12 hours on a full-size home.

Your pro will walk the space first, size it up, and give you a more precise timeline to be sure every lofty ceiling, baseboard, and tight corner gets the same white-glove attention.

Cleaning fine dust after construction requires a combined approach of detailed dusting and high‐powered vacuuming. Begin by wiping high surfaces such as ceiling fans, walls, window sills, and countertops to eliminate deposited particles. Next, vacuum all floors, carpets, and hard surfaces and mop afterward to remove residual dust. Finally, clean HVAC returns, supply vents, and replace filters to ensure a completely dust‐free environment.

You’ll need safety gear and heavy-duty tools. At minimum, you should wear a respirator, eye protection, and work gloves. Then, bring in a HEPA-filter shop vac, wet mops, microfiber cloths, and a carpet shampooer to lift dust from every surface.

Pros also keep extra filters and trash bags on hand so they can swap them out mid-job and keep the cleanup running smoothly from start to finish.

Book your post-construction cleanup for one to two days after the last tool leaves the site. That 24- to 48-hour buffer lets dust settle so the crew can snag every speck in one visit.

Touch base with your contractor before you lock in a date; if their punch-list slips, you’ll want to shift the cleaning slot to avoid costly rescheduling and make sure the house is truly move-in ready.
