Aaron gave pros & cons of using pavers/crushed granite vs flagstone/mortar; no hard sell for either one. He explained we would need a small retaining wall on one side of patio to deal with sloping yard. We went with flagstone/mortar as it would match existing retaining wall and steps. Aaron provided an itemized proposal and placed us on his schedule. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Once started, they were finished in a week. Clean-up was outstanding. "I read the reviews expecially the bad ones and decided to take a chance. Wow! Was I happy!  In my guest bathroom I required the wallpaer to be removed and the walls painted.  The 1st painter removed most of the wallpaper and revealed electrical holes left by the builder.  He painted the walls without covering the holes or smoothing the walls.  I called Mr. Alvarez and explained the situation.   He came by looked at the bathroom and gave me a price.  He came alone early on Tuesday patched the holes and mudded the walls.  Thursday he and another gentleman sanded the walls and painted.  The wallls are glorous.  They are smooth and uniform in color.  I plan on having him come back and do the interior of my house.  YEAH!
