He contacted me right away to arrange a time for an estimate, I received the estimate within hours and he was able to start work immediately. He was timely every day and kept me informed during the process. He took 6 days to complete the work and it was done in 6 consecutive days, so he got in and did the work and got out, no drawn out process. I had special requirements to for him to work with, keeping all my pets locked in a room which was near the area where the floors were being refinished. He was very respectful of my animal situation and no animals or people ( I have one cat that hates strangers) were harmed in the finishing of this job :) - I was so appreciative of his care with regards to my pets. I would hire Greg again in a minute."
