"This company is a pleasure to work with.   <br /> Ron Ash, owner, has a really good combination of expertise, professionalism, and care for the customer.   <br /> Our project was a concrete patio replacement at the back of the home.  It looked easy -- quick demo and quick replace.  But along the way, there were many obstacles to overcome -- extra deep inches of concrete to excavate, rock walls and glass doors to protect, limited slope for drainage, and another concrete slab to tie into. <br /> Ron's expertise and professionalism allowed him to stay cool at every point.  We were able to work together smoothly throughout the process  -- even when the team had to change tactics in demolition and again when they had to pour the concrete deeper than expected to ensure a good final product.  His entire team is kind, respectful, and a joy to have at the house.  I am a hands-on, motivated homeowner who likes to understand and be involved in the process and Ron allowed for that motivation, ensuring a good feeling all-around.   <br /> I have considerable experience with house projects and remodeling and have never written a review for someone who worked on our house.  After working with Ron Ash, I was inspired to do so.  He is able to work constructively, determine a successful course of action, and ensure that the final product is great -- a combination of talent that is not easy to find in Utah. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"No work was actually completed. This review is solely based on the initial communications with Travis. I was referred to him by a drafting company and after searching for his company on Angieslist I was surprised with the plethora of great reviews. This confirmed that I wanted to inquire some pricing for a significant project that I am doing. I initially called three times throughout a week with no response until after the third call when I left a vm indicating that if he could let me know if he has time for my project or if he is too busy with existing work and I can look elsewhere. Travis finally called me back and apologized. We had a good discussion about my basement project and he indicated that what I am looking for was "right up his ally and he is interested." We talked about when I wanted to have the work done and I said I dont have any deadline and could wait for a few weeks or months. He said he would not be able to get to it until 2017, to-which, I said that was fine. He asked me to email him, which I did, and we would meet the following week. Another week went by and I inquired with him when he wanted to come look at the house and I didnt get any response. I called again the next week and sent another email and no response. I called midweek and he answered but asked to call me back when he was in the office. I heard back from him a few days later telling me he didnt have time to do my project. Travis, You obviously do great work as shown with your reviews. I am saddened that you wont be able to ***** my project but that is understandable. I would ask that you improve your communication skills, I know you're busy, but other people are also trying to rely on you for items and times. Especially once you commit to something and then back out after leaving me in the dark for a few weeks."

"Alex and his team are the best concrete coating company in St George. He may be a bit pricey, but he out did all other coating companies we have used in the past. Our concrete was massive and he paid such attention to detail. We were out of town when the project was being done. He kept us apprised daily, with pictures, as the 2 week project was being done! "Bold Concrete Concepts saved the day! After a failed attempt at leveling and finishing the floors in the guesthouse ourselves, we decided it was time to call the professionals. I began calling around, looking for a concrete company that could not only fix our botched attempt, but to also do it in a timely manner. Bold Concrete was able to do both. Paul Barlow arrived a half an hour after our phone conversation to assess the damage. He was very knowledgeable and offered a good solution to our problem. As it turns out, not only does Bold Concrete do your everyday concrete, they also specialize in custom concrete floors. Paul’s recommendation was to do a polymer-based concrete overlay that would then be stamped, stained and sealed. The overlay is first toweled on, then, once the overlay has set up a little, he goes through with the stamp (ours was Italian slate). After the stamped overlay has been allowed to dry, he and his crew came in and sprayed on the concrete stain. To finish it off, a few coats of sealer were then applied. The finished product is beautiful! The stamping gives the floor a nice texture, and the way the acid stain reacts with the concrete really adds a unique richness and depth.  The sealer helps to bring out the color and gives the floor a nice gloss. All said and done, Paul and Bold Concrete Concepts delivered what they promised. We got a gorgeous stamped concrete floor, in a reasonable amount of time, for a very reasonable price. Paul was on the ball, he showed up when he said he was going to, did a great job and cleaned up afterwards! What more could we ask for? We highly recommend Bold Concrete Concepts and will definitely be using them in the future for our next concrete project."

"I arranged the inspection over the phone and he had the property inspected about three hours later. His report was thorough and well-documented with photos of areas that needed attention. The photos and reports were complete and in my email inbox before the end of the business day. Not only did Mr. Bassett identify several problem areas but he has contacts that he recommended to fix the problems for reasonable rates. He even contacts his people and arranges for the repair. "One stop shopping" and I feel in good hands with this man. I would definitely use his services again. Additionally, he was also trusting enough to perform the services and take my personal check by US mail which will arrive several days after he did the job."

Installation of continuous liner would resolve the problem. Started work immediately with a large, well equipped crew. Finished the entire project one day after initial call.
