He's honest, respectful, fairly priced, very responsive, delivers quality landscaping, and prioritizes customer satisfaction. I had a big landscaping job I wanted done before my housewarming party, essentially converting my entire front yard to gravel and doing a gravel design in the back with pavers. Jorge told me that he could have done by then. At first I was a little skeptical given the amount of work that needed to be done in one week, but his crew came in as promised on Monday and completed it right before my hose warming party. IT WAS A HIT! Lots of compliments on the landscaping design and turned out to be a great gathering! Also, Jorge's work crew is FANTASTIC! We did this knowing that they were a higher price because of the hard sell commitment that our timeline could be maintained. - No communication for a month after they got our deposit - multiple follow up communication from me, asking for timing updates, etc. without any response - missed both of our initial milestone deadlines without comment or commitment to a timeline - finally get engagement after calling the construction manager directly and threatening to pull the project Our experience from the point of project start through completion was very good. the work was professional, the team was knowledgeable and responsive and the finished product is AWESOME. The overall story, Project Team set up to fail by their sales team, compounded by a complete lack of organization and communication internally, tainted our experience of what otherwise should have been a pretty cool time in our home improvement lives. "Very happy with the work that Martin did - ver thorough and fast! The main project was a concrete wraparound for our patio that included flagstones. He understood immediately what we wanted, and had some good suggestions for how to lay it out. In addition to that work, we asked him to pour two concrete pads: one for our trash cans and one for a portable generator. He also poured a concrete ramp for our shed. The whole thing took 3 days, and the price was great. Highly recommend him!"
