I even had to pull the caps for him on the railing being that was getting stained as well and he didn?t even get it all and when the caps are on you can still see weathered gray underneath. On top of it he skipped the final downspout on the house that needed to come off before staining and never did it. I had to constantly remind him to do stuff. He should have calked the house like other contractors and skipped that too. He was the most expensive bid and did least amount of work. Let?s not talk about how he rented a lift and could only use it on front of garage because he couldn?t drive it onto the grass for behind the garage. When it came to the open stuff yeah he did a good job but the final details is what matters and he?s lacking experience and is just about the money. He?s not worth hiring. "
