"We worked with Sunny (Liberty NY Construction) on a large project, and are very pleased with the result! We had the house and chimney tuck pointed with tinted mortar, patched some missing brick from previous work, replaced front and back stairs, and repaired the paver patio. The process took 7 work days over the course of 2 weeks. The house was power washed with special cleaners, and looks like new! For a 75 year old house, we could not hope for more! Sunny was on site every day to make sure we were happy with the progress and to make sure his team had clear expectations. The final days clean up was very well done, and included hosing down the flat surfaces, not just sweeping. Could not recommend them more!"

They worked non stop for three hours and made the property look as if we had just moved in. An INCREDIBLE job. They were completely professional, prompt, and thorough. They did little things we didn't even ask for, like move our firewood pile, remove all debris, and make everything so neat and clean, it was stunning. And this, all for exactly the price that was quoted in the estimate. WHICH WAS INCREDIBLY LOW for the amount of work. The value / cost ratio was first rate. You don't get this kind of friendly and expert service for this kind of price. Never once did he try to up sell us, or suggest something that we hadn't asked for. We will NEVER use anyone else.
