"Replaced the first system summer of 2017. Scott came out the within a few hours from calling. After looking at the problem it was obvious the system was beyond repair. He provided a quote which was below what I had received from competitors. Within a day or so his crew showed up and replaced the unit. I had previously consulted Consumer Reports on Heat and Air. Bryant was one of the higher rated units. Nine months later the other unit was making a loud noise. I had one of Scott's crew come check it out. The compressor was on the way out. I had this unit replaced with another Bryant. Both transactions where done with efficiency and professionalism. Hopefully, I'm done for a few years with Heating and Air but would not hesitate to call Corbitt Heating and Air if the need arises."

If you live in GA and know the heat / humidity then naturally the answer is YES! :) Did a great job (just under 3 hours) and I was cool again. Very professional and super nice guys. Shout outs to Luke W and Jeff C. They answered all my questions and put up with my ignorance on HVAC ;) They gave me pointers on how maintain the system and prolong its life. "Request service via phone. Person who took order was very pleasant. Suggest she does include details in her notes. On day of service, two men arrived and were in the house for less than an hour. There were a few tough spots but general overall cleaning was not what I had expected. They didn't get near floor boards or behind doors. "THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN WAYCROSS - BY FAR!  <br /> I was in search of someone to replace two old AC units. I called a few different companies in the Waycross area and I had a very hard time getting any of them to call me back or to even show up after appointments were made (even for the initial quote).  <br /> My experience with Joiner Heating & Air was the exact opposite of that... and wonderful to say the least.  I called on a Thursday evening and he was at my house the very next day (at the time he said he would be) to give me a quote. <br /> His quote, for the same ERR Rated units, was $1000 less than the other quotes I finally received. On top of that, labor and parts was included for 2 years. (While the others only covered labor for 1 year). <br />  This was a big job that took more than 1 day. He showed up on time everyday, always cleaned up any mess before leaving, if anything needed to change (from the original discussions) he made sure to discuss it with me first. He also cleaned my air vents for no additional charge.  <br /> I am very satisfied with the service and professionalism and will be recommending them to everyone I know for any AC/Heating needs. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Angie's List has a coupon for this service.  But the coupon price is misleading, you are not saving any money with the coupon, this is the standard price for this vendor.  I don't believe it should be listed as a coupon.  Also, when I was directed to Pay Pal, the instructions were confusing.  You were instructed to select a date to have the work performed.  That instruction didn't apply to this vendor.  The sample containers arrived within a few days of placing my order.  I sent the sample bottles out the next day.  The instructions were fairly easy to follow, although I have taken samples like these for my job and I believe there should be better instructions about how to make sure you don't contaminate the sample.  Simple instructions, like when you unscrew the lid try not to put it down, but if you have to, make sure you put it on a clean paper towel.  Pictures would help.  Also, don't sneeze or cough over the sample.  I received the results in about a week from when I sent the sample, an email came first followed by a letter in the mail.  The results were easy to read."
