"Would not recommend for larger jobs. Pricing changed multiple times, and on the last increase he said he?d stop work and leave if I didn?t agree and come back after a few days Work quality was poor?paint on hardwood and carpet left uncleaned, electrical covers left off, and trash left throughout the house. The job felt rushed at the end and very sloppy. He said he wanted to make it right, but then asked if I could fix some of it myself. He?s come back three times to fix mistakes, I marked everything with tape each time, and issues are still being missed. He also required full payment before finishing corrections. When I asked how he planned to clean paint off certain areas, he told me to ?ask ChatGPT.? That says enough. He also used my tools and stuff from my garage with out asking got paint all over them and used my cleaning products to clean his messes with out asking"
