"Alan and his team were awesome. Alan went through my space and looked at the tile I had already bought and went over everything involved in the project. He explained things more thoroughly than anyone else I had talked to. His price was not the lowest, but his expertise and the workmanship was worth the cost. The crew arrived on time each day and worked hard. they measured and leveled each tile as they laid it. They were very polite and cleaned up each day. The floors looked great and eveything was completed when they left at the end of the project. The floor is beautiful! "Our parka flooring was a wreck! at least 17 years of neglect! All my husband can say is OH!! WE SHOULD have done this years ago! My embarrassing floor is now my prized possession!! Jose and his team did a FABULOUS job! we even got a pet stain, from my little old dog, while they were in the process of staining and polyurethaning the floors. They immediately came to the rescue and “fixed” the stain! it’s completely gone as is 99.9% of the really bad stains!! It’s true! we should have done this years ago! "The reviews and photos don’t lie. Luxe Haus Renovations did a remarkable job on my bathroom, kitchen, and closet remodel. Tim and Betty are both super responsive, and professional. This is a very honest company and they will work until the customer is happy, even on weekends. I had a very tight timeline for my project (3 weeks total) for 2 complete bathroom demo’s and remodels, kitchen cabinet refacing, and closet build outs. The job was 80% done in 3 weeks and I was able to move in while they finished the rest. Very moderately priced as well. I will definitely use them for another project and would recommend them, especially for full bathroom remodels. "

"Paul did a great job. I initially asked for the painting quote and Paul was very competitive. In addition he gave me an estimate for all other jobs I was already getting quotes for from other contractors like the hardwood floor, granite counter-top replacement and backsplash replacement. He was most competitive on all of them saving me thousands of dollars. The job took almost 3 weeks and was completed on time. Everything was done very well. Paul organized all the work and had no problem with me changing my mind in the middle of the project. Communication was excellent and there were no surprises. He even fixed our baseboards free of charge after the new carpet was put in resulting in small damage here and there. Overall I will use Alvarez painting for our future renovation projects and highly recommend everybody to give them a shot. <br />"

"I required hard wood floor installation but they only install pre-finished re-engineered wood flooring. However, they provided excellent advise on various wood and carpeted floors. If I decided to re-carpet my bedroom, I would provide them the opportunity to bid. Good communication and overall advice."

"I highly recommend this company! My initial phone call was answered promptly and an appointment was made to have curtain rods hung in three rooms. I was told Kevin would be my installer and he arrived promptly on time. Kevin hung the rods perfectly and even put up the drapes for me! I will have Kevin come back to install hardware on my kitchen cabinets as well as the master bath cabinets and hall bath cabinets. I am so happy to have found this company that I can trust to complete all the projects that I can no longer do on my own!"
