Very nice of them as it got my problem fixed and I didn't have to pay $125+ just to have someone come out to make an easy fix. Another company I called was going to charge me $199 just to come look at it and then pay more to fix it. Plus the woman on the phone was so nice and friendly and genuinely wanted to help me.
