"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

"I called them for an estimate and he came right out.  They worked with my insurance company estimate and provided me with prompt and professional service.  They came out and ripped off the old roof , picked up all the debris and nails and put on my new roof.  They did a great job and I would definitely use this company in the future for other construcion needs around my home.  Quick professional service.  No payment requested until the job was completed. <br />"

"The phone call placed to get a price and make an appointment was pleasant. The technician called ahead of time and was on time to the appointment. He (James) was very knowledgeable and good at what he did. He explained the different features to me thoroughly and gave me pointers and dos-and don'ts on the machine.
