"It was Memorial Day weekend and we were opening up our summer camp for the season. We purchased a new water pump and were unable to get the water going. We called Watertech out of desperation and received a call back within a few hours on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. The fellow apologized for not getting back to me sooner and was at our house within the hour. He checked the pump installation we performed and repaired the check valve at the well point. He was pleasant and efficient. We had called Watertech the year previous for some work and were very pleased with them at that time as well. "when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"
