"We hired On Grade Construction to pour a new patio and extend our driveway, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Brad showed up on time, walked us through the process before starting, and clearly knew what he was doing — proper forming, good base prep, and clean control joints so we shouldn't see random cracking down the line. They cleaned up thoroughly afterward — no leftover concrete chunks or forms left in the yard — and the whole job was finished on the timeline they quoted. Pricing was The finish looks great. Even surface, clean edges, no weird lippage or trowel marks anywhere. They also got the slope right so water runs away from the house instead of sitting there. Cleanup was solid too — didn't leave a mess of concrete scraps or old forms lying around. Job got done on the timeline they promised, and the price matched the quote (no random extra charges tacked on). If you need concrete work done right, these guys are worth calling. We'd use them again."

"Showed up on time. Did fast and efficient work. Would hire again. Reasonable price for work completed."

"A&I was great to work with. Came within a day to give me a quote. They were the lowest quote and had the project done in just a few day. Concrete looks great and they were great to help me think through a few modifications that we have loved. Highly recommend A&I"

I could not be happier or pleased with their ability and knowledge as to how the concrete needed to be opened up without damaging any water lines beneath it. "Sione and all of his crew were extremely professional and performed superior work. They removed a very badly heaving, sinking, cracking and spalling driveway and walkway. Many neighbors have commented on how nice the driveway looks. Sione also investigated and identified a problem with a footer that was sinking that supported the roof over a patio. Sione devised a plan and installed a new footer, filled voids under the concrete patio, and replaced two basement stairs and a sinking drain pad. If you want quality work that is performed to the HIGHEST STANDARD then hire Sione and Jay Concrete. Sione always keep us informed when work would be completed and if there were or might be delays"
