I know this because I have witnessed it AND I called one of those "cheap" window people for an estimate (notice how they are ready at the drop off a hat and then drop out of sight when there are problems? The window placed by Egree Inc is perfect. Was it more expensive - not much more than as egress window placed in 2013 that was equal in quality. It was also permitted, inspected, and sits level without leftover glue seeping out the sides. Was there a wait time - not more than I would expect from any quality provider. Rex (the owner) is great; he's very personable, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly no high pressure sales pitch, which we greatly appreciated. The price was very competitive and we really liked that NO down payment/upfront money was required until the installation was complete. We had 4 bids and JDI was the only company that offers this. Darrin Sr. (installer) and his crew (Darrin Jr. and Rob) came out for the installation; they are professional, courteous, meticulous about their work and really nice guys. Darrin Sr. is great at communicating (scheduling, expectations, etc.). They were on time and worked continuously until the entire job was completed (1 ½ days). As each window was installed they cleaned the windows, vacuumed, cleaned up all construction material and reinstalled our blinds... THANK YOU!!
