RWTM Construction & Remodeling is a small residential contracting company that is owned by Robert Thomas and William Murphy. We are partners, each owning half the business, and there are no other employees. We own the business, we do the work, we are the people you will see and interact with every day on your project. We only subcontract certain things that we do not specialize in: Plumbing, Electrical, Plastering and very large/complex Tile installation. We only use a select group of subcontractors. They all have proven extremely reliable and provided the highest quality in our projects. RWTM provides estimates on all potential projects free of charge.

Jim Moon started Gutter Helmet of New England in 1993. Gutter Helmet quickly grew and homeowners began asking him to install other products. What started as a gutter protection company, quickly grew into one of New England's premiere home improvement companies, Moonworks Home Improvement. In addition to Gutter Helmet, Moonworks also provides high quality products including; Heated Helmet, Ice Defense, Dr. Energy Saver, and GAF Roofing.

"I would void these guys like the plague. The original estimate for their "Ice Defense" system was # 3700 and I was told I needed to figure a couple of hundred dollars additional to have their electrician connect the wiring. After the install, I come to find out that their electrician actually wanted over $ 5000 to do the wiring. That's right FIVE THOUSAND ! After a months worth of e-mails and calls back and forth they finally hooked me up with a different electrician that said he got calls like these from a lot of their customers and the cheapest he could do it for was THREE THOUSAND. More calls and more e-mails and they finally agree to split the cost (to avoid small claims court), and the units are finally wired up. Of course by now the first winter is over so I never actually turn them on until the following winter. When I finally do get to use them, my first electric bill is almost $300 higher than any previous bill ever. Contacted them about that and never heard back. Just had them on this winter for ONE DAY during the last storm and my bill is almost $150 dollars higher than the previous month ... FOR ONE DAYS USE. A complete and total waste of time and money."
