"Joe, the owner of the company, arrived ahead of schedule, completed the work in a very short time. I was shocked at how beautiful the carpet ended up after Northeast cleaned it. We had lived for about 4 years with some of the dirty areas of the carpet, not really knowing how to go about getting it cleaned. We are thrilled with the results and - even though we hope the carpets will stay clean so we won't need him - we will certainly call them much more readily the next time. Not only was the carpet as good as new but the cost was very reasonable."

"The team of two were professional and friendly and interacted well with my family who was at home of the time of the service call. They were proactive and accurate with communication around when they would get to our home and the time it would take. They stated that they did a "final check" to make sure everything looked good and left. The problem or dissatisfaction I have is that we spent $500 to have 20 vents cleaned and 4 vent covers were not put back on; one was full of old insulation which I learned after the fact was the cold air return, but not knowing that it certainly looked like the vent was not even touch, let along cleaned / sanitized. Another vent was full of rust flakes both in the vent itself and all over the floor around it. There is no way someone could have missed what was NOT done if they bothered to take a look as they stated they did. My initial satisfaction quickly disappeared as I doubted what work had actually been done and what my $500 was spent on. To Sears credit, they got back to me and explained what (may) have happened. I was told I would receive a call back and someone would arrange to come back to the house to check what was - or was not - done. That person never called back or followed up. Ultimately, it wasn't a big deal to put the vent covers back on and vaccum around where the work was done - but when I pay $500 and 20% of the vent covers are not put back in place and I have to vacuum up after someone else's work, was very disappointing to say the least - and again, left me wondering what my money was actually spent on."

"I was exceptionally happt with the worked preformed on my ducts by Donald Shaver. He told me everything that had to be done before he preformed the work. During the preformance of the work he was very proffessional and made sure that we knew what to expect after the work was done. I would highly recomend this company again. "Cody and Mike called before they arrived at the scheduled time, which I always appreciate. They were polite, friendly, and very helpful in answering all of our questions about our ductwork. They did a very thorough job, and I was pleased with the results. Although I had my ducts cleaned in 2011 by another company, it was Cody and Mike who discovered that only one of my returns was actually functional. The others had been improperly constructed and will need to be remediated. I am sufficiently impressed with the quality of service from Isaac Heating & AC that I will be hiring their company to perform this work, too. Their cost for duct cleaning was slightly higher than I paid before (even allowing for inflation), but I consider it money very well spent."

"Last year, we sought three estimates to take care of the visible mold in our attic. Of the three estimates, Enzyme Life Sciences (ELS) set themselves apart for two reasons. First, their price for the remediation alone was less than their competitors – hundreds of dollars less. Second, ELS does not perform repairs as the other companies did, which gave us the flexibility to do repairs ourselves or find our own contractor to perform the repairs at a price we found reasonable. ELS was more than happy to help us understand what improvements he thought we should perform on the attic and we made those changes after the remediation at minimal additional cost. ELS was prompt for every interaction and responsive with phone communication. I felt bad for Mike, our ELS remediation expert, as he came to perform the work at the height of last summer’s heat. He came down from the attic after the remediation sweating but maintained a positive attitude throughout the job. He even went above and beyond to take away some moldy insulation that I had piled up in the attic to dispose of myself. Mike left us with clear directions to run the whole house fan and dry out the stain remover. Minor staining remained after the service, which is not uncommon, but Mike spent as much time at our house as was necessary to ensure that the mold was dead. We recently sold the house to reduce our commute to work. The buyer’s inspector noted the remaining mold staining in the attic. Mike was extremely professional when I called him for help. He reviewed the inspection report and recognized the staining. He could have demanded an air sample to prove the accusation of live mold, but he didn’t because he cared about me, his customer, and our interest in moving through the sale of our house. Instead, Mike offered to come back out to the house and perform another treatment at no cost, which gave the buyers confidence that he was willing to stand behind his work. He also confirmed to our buyer that his guarantee would transfer to them, with a few reasonable expectations like “please do an air sample next time so that we know that there is indeed a problem.” In the end, our buyer was happy with ELS quality and customer service and we moved through the sale with no further questions or concerns about the attic."

"Mark showed up the day I called to consult, and was willing to do the clean up immediately. Unfortunately due to my schedule I had to have him come back another day, which he had no problem with. He was on time, performed services within the time frame estimated, and called me upon completion for inspection. He even waited for me to return back to the apartment, and stayed with me while I locked up to be sure he didn't leave me there alone. He walked me through the paperwork explaining everything I signed. He <br /> explained all the products used, why, and that they stood up to code. The apartment smelled fresh, was clean, and did not have that overly strong chemical smell at all that I was worried about with such heavy-duty cleaning. He took everything with him, and disposed of it <br /> without leaving anything behind. I would recommend this company to anyone I know in the same unfortunate situation as ours, and I am so incredibly grateful for his understanding, sympathy and respect. "I bought my current home in November 2013 and although I was okay with the heat provided by the furnace during the 2013-14 winter, I knew that I would need to get a more energy efficient furnace. I spoke with some people at Home Depot who were offering to do a furnace/ac evaluation so I signed up. (I had installed an energy efficient furnace in my former home and so was familiar with the process, costs, etc.) <br /> The Holbrook salesman, Ron Cornell ("Gator") was a pleasure to deal with. He arrived promptly, answered all of my questions, and discussed several options including brands and the pros and cons of installing AC now or later. (I went with a package installation of both AC and furnace). The price appeared to be reasonable (a little better for the furnace than I'd gotten from a competitor a few years back). I agreed for an installation for two weeks later. <br /> I purchased a Goodman 96.3% efficiency natural gas furnace and a Goodman Air Conditioning unit. <br /> The installers (Dan W. and Brandon) showed up for the 2 day installation promptly both days. Dan was the experienced installer; Brandon was working under his direction. Both were polite and friendly, answering questions I had about the installation process. They cleaned up after themselves beautifully both days. Small problems with the installation (like mis-threaded piping and thermostat wiring that was not sufficient for the AC) were quickly and efficiently solved. Some new duct work and adjustments to existing ducts were required as part of the installation. Dan did great job of installing  the AC, integrating it flawlessly into the furnace. The furnace was working when they tested it, but it's been too warm to give it a thorough testing. Brandon helped on all aspects. <br /> I found Holbrook Heating and AC to be an excellent company to work with. Their sales and installation staff were great.  I recommend them highly. <br />"
