"Brad was great! I did not hire him directly (my contractor brought him in on the job), but I would do so in a heartbeat. I doubt he's the most affordable in town (I trusted my contractor's recommendation and didn't get bids), but his crew does great work. The project took a little longer than expected because there was a problem with the ceiling in two rooms. They tried to respray the paint, but the problem still showed, so they scraped the ceiling and started over, all at no additional charge to me. This was all for a problem I hadn't even noticed myself. Brad cares about the quality of his work and WILL get it right without any prodding from the customer. <br /> He also made sure to get the work done in time for me to move into my new home despite having to redo some work and also having a few personal issues pop up along the way. "Showed up as scheduled.  Tried vacuuming it out with a shop vac.  When that didn't work, they then used the truck. <br /> Removed blockage.   <br /> Tech did not know what to charge (he thought it was $100) called the office, no answer.  Called another Tech, he didn't know either.  He called the office, still no answer.  Finally someone called back and told him the charge was $200.  That's $80 more than the next competitor's fee.  :0( <br /> Paid with check and was not given a receipt.  Had to call the office to get one, which is supposed to be coming in the mail. <br />"
