Initially quoted $900 for a 33-mile move, the movers demanded an additional $600 once my belongings were on the truck, refusing to unload until I paid the extra amount. Attempts to speak with a supervisor were ignored, showcasing their blatant disregard for customer service. Additionally, Dimitri, the driver, became very disrespectful and aggressive, and as an older individual, I was taken aback by his level of disrespect. When I called to speak with someone, the phone rang repeatedly, and they never returned my call. This company is a scam; their positive reviews are likely fabricated. They are dishonest and not reputable. If possible, I would give them zero stars."
