"Hamrick has serviced our old unit for years and kept it going until we were ready to replace. Well, it finally crapped out on a really hot day. They came right out and evaluated the problem. We decided on replacement, which they came out the next day and completed in one day. We could not be happier., Fast, efficient, professional, and reasonable. "We purchased new inside and outside A/C unit from Service Air in 2021. We also had them put something in our attic for allergens. In 2023, the bulb went out and was replaced under the warranty we purchased separately. The new bulb went out in 2025, still under warranty, and Service Air decided to charge us $359.00 to replace it although it was STILL under warranty. Because of this, I won?t be recommending Service Air to anyone in the future. And will be sure to share my experience with anyone who will listen. Not a reputable company in my experience."
