"It's my first time hiring a cleaning service. The previous owner had several cats and dogs, so I really needed a reliable team since I'm very particular about deep cleaning and customer service. Lilian contacted me right away and accommodated my request to get it done ASAP with professional conversation and great availability. She even called when they had an earlier opening! They worked non-stop at my new place, and I am amazed at how they left the restrooms 'immaculate' and got my air ducts and windows sparkling.
