"We hired John and Anytime Painting to paint our exterior garage, doors, as well as concrete steps and front porch. He was great at first, and we selected his crew over other quotes. However, after just a few months, the paint on our front porch and steps is pealing off in patches. We tried contacting him multiple times via direct text as well as through Angi to repair the porch and stairs, and we have not even gotten a response yet after a month of trying. That is not to mention that his crew left at the end of the job with items obviously unfinished, like the trim on an area of the the garage that had been primed but not painted at all in one spot, the lighting fixture they had removed was not put back onto the house, and they had to come back a week later to complete the obvious items. IT seems likely that they only applied 1 coat of paint to the porch and front steps, which was not obvious at the time, but other steps painted with the same paint are fine, so it is the only explanation. Now we are going to have to have the front porch and steps repainted again, after paying him to do the job. I am not typically one to leave negative reviews, and was hoping to resolve this directly, but since he is not responding to us, we don't have a choice, as I would definitely not recommend working with a company that does not complete or stand by their work and then ghosts."

"We hired this company per your recommendation. Absolutely horrible job!!! Uneven paint lines on trim and walls every where in the house. Drips of paint down the walls. Areas were puddled but not sanded. Areas were missing paint. You could see the primer through the gray paint (Meaning the painters were not checking there work. None of the bathroom towel bars removed or hard wear on the kitchen cabinets and bathroom knobs. Around the door trim (white). And the wall color (gray) there were wavy lines of gray paint on the white door molding. Every room that they put patch on the walls to cover the nail holes was never sanded. The a/c vents were suppose to be the wall color they painted them the trim color!!! To make matters worse, they did not clean the base boards or the vents, just painted over the dust!!!!!!!!! Worst referral EVER!!!"

"I had called 8 other companies and they wanted to do unnecessary work at extremely high prices. We were referred b another company on Angie’s List, who explained we really needed a waterproof coating. I then Spoke to the owner of Fiber Coat Deck Company, and he immediately knew what we needed to stop the leak and prevent it from recurring with a special fiberglass coating used by his company. He even gave a warranty when other companies weren’t even sure that their high priced work wood fix the problem. They were amazing and even sealed around areas the HOW had moved that contributed to the leakage. They put on very professional drain covers and corrected the tilt so the water would actually drain like they should. There has been no leak since. They only took 2 days and the work is excellent quality and looks amazing. The cost was between 1/2 and 1/4th of what other companies put in their bids and they could not guarantee their work. They were honest, professional, competent, on time and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend the services of Fiber-Coat Deck Company."
