"We have been really happy with them. Becuase of the plus plan, they are guaranteed to come out within a certain amount of time if something breaks. But even before we had that we did have our air conditioner break one year and they came right out.  They are always very punctual and they always someone calls to tell us they will be here in 10 minutes. They only time they have ever run into an issue when the previous appointment ran long. They called several times to let me know the timeline and then they comped me an extra visit to make up for it. They are quite good at that. They always put the little bootie covers on before they come in the house."

Once, they had to return after some sewer line maintenance to tighten up a ‘cap’ they had installed to replace the worn out existing one because of some minor leakage which they corrected. His quote was reasonable and he did work with me a bit in trying to round up any savings. He was very prompt with information and answering questions. Overall, the type of person I would like to do business with. <br /> Job Performance: The 2 guys that came and did most of the work were polite and courteous. The job took several days to complete and they were usually on the job within an hour of there proposed time. When they were finished, they cleaned up the area as to not disturb us. So, I was pleased with the way they handled there day to day duties. <br /> Inspection Time: I want to put a disclaimer on this before I get to the meat and potatoes of this section. I am just a normal homeowner who tends to do extensive research into what I have people do in my home. Therefore, I did a lot of searching to get a good idea of what to expect when the job was completed. <br /> I went down into the crawlspace with Neil to inspect the completed work together....which I highly encourage! I was somewhat stunned, after the inspection, to have found 15 errors with the work. Now, I understand that working in a 3 1/4ft crawlspace for 6 hours a day is exhausting and things can be missed, but 15 errors is not acceptable. Especially, since his lead worker was responsible for checking all work performed. Neil had the work corrected and we drove on. <br /> Conclusion: Good company, good people, decent work. I rate them a and quot;Band quot; only because I expect the best and having 15 things wrong is not the best. <br /> <strong>Homeowners always go on the final inspections! Inspect everything with the owner, contractor, or supervisor of the project BEFORE full payment.</strong> <br />"
