"We found USA Roof Masters on a well-known home improvement site. The company's crew under site supervisor Al did a professional job of installing a new roof, gutters/downspouts and fascia repair/capping at a competitive price. At the outset, this certified Owens-Corning contractor offered top-of-the-line materials such as synthetic underlayment secured by plastic-capped nails, and high-definition shingles. There was no extra charge for a "Platinum" lifetime warranty that covers both materials and workmanship. The workmanship portion of the warranty extends to 25 years, far longer than the workmanship warranty offered by other contractors. Site supervisor Al took care to ensure that bad decking and fascia wood discovered in the tear-off of old roofing was removed and replaced. Al and Roof Masters executive Tom Kovack also went the extra mile to answer our questions and address our concerns. Tom even agreed to paint the replacement fascia wood with primer/sealer at no additional labor cost. We are very pleased with the work and we have received many compliments from neighbors on look of the new roof and gutters. "Paragon replaced the flashing and siding around the chimney because the roof leaked during storms with high wind. Paragon also repaired the damage to the ceilings on the main and second floors due to the leak. After the work was done, a severe storm hit and the leak was back. I called Paragon and they came out immediately to inspect. They guaranteed they would repair the flashing again and repair the ceilings at no charge because they stood behind their original work. They repaired the flashing and told me to call them after the next severe storm to make sure the repair was successful before repairing the ceiling damage. Sure enough, another storm with winds struck, and there was no leakage. I called Paragon, and they sent a crew to repair the ceiling. Thank you to Mauricio and his crew for handling the repairs!"

"Nick, the owner, and the people who work with him are terrific, couldnâ t be better. Excellent work, did exactly what they said theyâ d do, and promptly. Very fair prices. Fixed a lot of things for me: two pent roofs on two areas,, spot masonry repairs on a 3 story brick wall, patching and rust-proof painting a tin outdoor wall covering, fixing a hole in a small flat roof, and putting a new covering on the elevated brick party wall between the twin houses (wind damage). I asked them about caulking the five windows of the bay, because there was evidence of an old leak on the inside wall. Nick said it was probably from the old pent roof which they just replaced. They looked at the caulking and said it was fine. Now thatâ s honesty!"
