"I had a concrete walkway leading up to the backyard leveled, but the levelers did not replace the heavy rock retaining wall on either side of the path. Within 15 minutes of describing the job, DiCillo Services, LLC sent a crew to my home. Within 30 minutes, that crew started and completed the retaining walls, filled in between the rocks and the garden bed, and cleaned all the mud and debris on the walkway. Specialized Concrete has 8 full time Employees. We do all aspects of concrete flat-work and decorative stamped concrete work and Hardscape. Cost is determined by job. No travel charges. We have been serving the Cleveland area since 2003, all estimates are free. Specialized Concrete is fully bonded and insured. I do a mix of both residential and commercial work
