In addition to upgrading our electric panel or breaker box, I wanted a bathroom light switch changed and he came back and replaced it at no charge. "Assurance Factor Electric did a fantastic job for me. Bill and his crew installed recess lighting in two rooms in my house. They did everything from helping me to design the lighting to removing old fixtures, installing new recess lighting, drywall repair and painting. They were quick, curtious and cleaned up when done. "Streb Electric contacted me through email right away after filling out the quote request at Angie's List website. In fact, out of four companies to which I requested a consultation, they were the first to respond and the easiest to work with. They charge $65 service fee, regardless if the call is for quoting or for performing an actual job, but unlike others, they have fixed prices and charge for the job/project, not hourly rates. We set an appointment, they came and explained the service and provided a quote, then we set a date for the repairs. They arrived on time on both occasions and called first to let us know they were on their way and to provide ETA. They did a good job and explained what they were doing and after the work was done, their warranty. I will surely use their service in the future. P.S. They have a membership service option. For a monthly fee they can waive the service charge (saving $65 each time they come) and do a house inspection. It also provides subscribers with a discount over their price list. I would recommend this if you live in an old house with a lot of little details to fix (like ours)."

"Jim is an experienced electrician. We hired him to install an 220 line to our garage for the purpose of charging our new EV. Experienced in this type of job, Jim arrived with everything needed to complete the work (i.e. running the electrical line from the Box - which need a bit of modification - through the basement ceiling to the garage, and installing the 220 receptacle in the garage.) Only slight hitch was the the actual 220 outlet which was mounted in such a way that I could not mount the actual vehicle charger in the best location on the garage wall. Everything worked fine, I just have to come up with a fixture to permanently mount the charger. Jim did all the work within a 2 hour window. I think the cost was a bit on the pricey side (though Jim said that his price would be among the cheapest around. I'm not so sure of that). Bottom line however, I chose Jim because he impressed me that he was fully capable of doing a quality job, which he did. So I am a satisfied customer."

"Tim is excellent! He was on time, extremely tidy, and he alone, made the electrical work for my kitchen remodel a smooth and easy process. Here's a list of the work he diligently completed. 1. Updated Siemens 100 amp sub-panel from an outdated Wadsworth panel. 2. Installed 7 new recessed lights in my dining room and kitchen. 3. Added dedicated circuits for my microwave, dishwasher, and above the countertops. 4. Installed dimmer switches added additional outlets in my dining room and living room. 5. "Our electrician Bill was very knowledgeable, courteous, and worked quickly. He swapped the light fixtures in our whole ranch inside and out. As he was leaving, he noticed we were still using regular light bulbs on our track lighting, and that we could save energy by switching to LED. He happens to have spare LED bulbs in his truck. Brad then proceeded to change all the track light bulbs without extra charge. We are happy with the service and would recommend Assurance Factor Electric. "Bill is THE EXPERT!!!
