"SUPER. After submitting my original request for a quote with all pertinent measurements, I received a quote within 2 days of my submission. After checking the measurements on the quote, I discovered some errors in my measurements and contacted the company. They returned my call in 1 day. After I gave them the changes, they emailed me a new copy of the quote, the price was the same but reflected my changes. I approved the quote and submitted payment method. 3 weeks later the door was delivered to my house. Door was manufactured of 12 gauge steel and coated with oxide primer coating as promised by the company. The measurements I supplied to Steelway were adhered to exactly, it was a perfect fit. Completely professionally manufactured in a very reasonable period of time. The cellar door was shipped from PA to GA via truck and arrived without any damage. I could not have been more pleased with the end product. The fit was good that it took less than 1 hour to install it. I would highly recommend Steelway Cellar Doors. The price was only slightly higher than any of the available standard doors which would not fit. I would give them 10 Stars if that was available."

"We met with several vendors and got estimates from each. After Steve came out, he sat down with us and showed us what options we had and what the pros and cons of each were - something none of the other vendors did. In addition, Steve drew out a diagram of what the finished product would look like in our basement as well as showed us some pictures of similar designs from other projects. Steve was the primary installation person on site. Unlike the other vendors we spoke to who were sales people for the companies and did not necessarily have a grasp of everything we were asking. Steve pointed out that the other designs we had been looking at were not installed properly and the air was being blown in on one side of the heating/cooling unit, not from the top to make the most efficient use of the equipment. This was worked into the design that he came up with for us. Steve was meticulous in his design to make sure that every aspect was up to code and would not cause us any future headaches. All of this was reflected in the work contract that he drew up for us. Steve also made us aware of tax breaks that we would qualify for also. The only grade below an "A" that we gave Steve was for price. While he was a little on the high side for his quote, we believe that his service is worth every penny. The project, start to finish, took about a week. Steve kept us up to date along the way about his progress and when he was done we could not tell he had been there except for the shiny new HVAC unit left behind. Steve was always a phone call away with any questions that we had and he even came out about a month later when we asked if he could come by and show our parents how to use the new system. We could not be happier with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone else. <br />"
