"I originally hired Carpet Police to clean the carpets in my house. They were the first to respond when I got on Angie's List. Somehow, Carpet Police got usurped by another company called Arizona Island. Arizona Island did a terrible job and I called Carpet Police, again, to please come and repair the bad carpet cleaning that was done. Carpet Police did as good a job as I could possible expect to fix what went wrong. Alfonso was efficient, friendly, wore his mask when he was inside and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again."

In answer to question about vertical exhaust pipe, suggested then found 90 degree pipe fitting on property and added to system. He went  into every room and checked heat transfer from ducts. Crawled under house and tested heater and inspected ducts, found and cleaned out condensation drain pipe under the house wall, I did't even know it was there, he had to dig around for it  to find it.  Suggested I dig a small well at end to drain water away form foundation. <br />"

"Angie's List has a coupon for this service.  But the coupon price is misleading, you are not saving any money with the coupon, this is the standard price for this vendor.  I don't believe it should be listed as a coupon.  Also, when I was directed to Pay Pal, the instructions were confusing.  You were instructed to select a date to have the work performed.  That instruction didn't apply to this vendor.  The sample containers arrived within a few days of placing my order.  I sent the sample bottles out the next day.  The instructions were fairly easy to follow, although I have taken samples like these for my job and I believe there should be better instructions about how to make sure you don't contaminate the sample.  Simple instructions, like when you unscrew the lid try not to put it down, but if you have to, make sure you put it on a clean paper towel.  Pictures would help.  Also, don't sneeze or cough over the sample.  I received the results in about a week from when I sent the sample, an email came first followed by a letter in the mail.  The results were easy to read."

"The crew arrived on time and spent approx. 2-1/2--3 hrs cleaning the air ducts on this new construction home. Cesar also went into the attic to get the furnace info for the records and later furnace inspection and found a small water leak which he showed me and repaired. A small thing but he caught it. These guys were polite, courteous, careful to keep everything clean and did a good job. The Club membership gets us 2 services and discounts on repairs etc. There was no upselling from the sales guy Keith or todays' crew. Price for the Club and the duct cleaning were close to what we paid in Michigan 5 years ago for similar work. <br />"

"Wesmor was brought on by our insurance company, who footed the bill. (some additional upgrade work paid by us separately). Very courteous estimator, foremen, and workers. Being general at many different tasks, they were not perfect but did a very good quality job. Impressed with their drywall repair work, cabinetry. Floor tile work could have been better. Not so good at estimating how long the job would take. Workers would sometimes arrive, sometimes not. Communication should have been better. When all was said and done, the overall result was very good. They worked out any issues with our insurance company. The main thing we paid for was to upgrade our countertops to granite and added a tile backsplash. This work was subbed out. Also subbed out was carpeting replacement in adjacent room. Overall good experience and would recommend them with qualifications."
