He found the problem in the dark which was amazing. he returned the next morning fixed the problem and also patched a leak in a water line which was leaking pretty good I never knew about it because it was underground. He even gave me a phone number for a plumber which I called the next morning. The plumber showed up within a hour and made the repair in just over an hour.
