"Scheduled house cleaning for Tuesday, July 2, at 2PM. 4 ladies arrived at 2:50 PM. No phone call to advise of late arrival. Charged me $200 for approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes of cleaning. These 4 ladies performed cleaning of 2 bedrooms. That is, basically $50/hour.They had to redo cleaning of kitchen floors that they had cleaned previously, on Friday, June 30. Also, on that cleaning day, one of the cleaning ladies misplaced a tool for my juicer. Found it this afternoon in a waste basket. I tried to call the owner, Meghan Wilson, but she would not return my call."
