The job turned out to be somewhat challenging (years of silt had settled at the bottom of two drain pipes), but they cleaned them out and just kept going. They were pleasant and professional and I now have new warmers with a lighted switch indicating whether the warmers are on or off (something I did not have before). "Ergeon was a great experience for me. Their customer service was prompt and helpful, and they offer a 4 year warranty on their fences and gates! If you do decide to hire them to install an outdoor gate, just make sure you ask them the options are for gate latches/locks, because the "standard" latch is kind of on the dinky side and if I had known I could upgrade to a better option I probably would have. Other than that, great company and I'd hire them again!"
