"Brian came over after we had talked with several contractors about a concrete porch underside (in basement room) and one of those contractors made us think the concrete was in such a bad state of "imminent failure" that it needs a full replacement. So, while we continued to get quotes for a full replacement, we also asked a retired architect friend to give his opinion. He did not think concrete was so bad and he was glad we were having a structural engineer (Brian) coming over a few days later. Brian explained why he did not think the concrete was in need of full replacement (very expensive!) and also the damage was not a foundation/structure integrity issue (not "imminent failure"). We had spoken to several contractors and the cost to fully replace is upwards of 15-20 thousand dollars. From the state of the concrete, Brian did not believe the "symptoms" warranted a full replacement and that the more likely issue was simply that we never "sealed" the concrete with epoxy (and only painted the concrete porch). Given the sky-rocketing costs to do any home repairs, it seems more reasonable for us to do first level repair (not replace) that Brian suggests. Brian's honest and informative consultation (for free!!!) is piece of mind and a HUGE savings. We greatly appreciate Brian coming over to educate us - on his own dime. We will definitely ask Brian to come over again if/when we think we need an honest assessment of our home foundation needs."

"Excellent. Another hardwood flooring company installed new floor and refinished old floor, and ruined them. Nova Flooring came out and reassured me they would correct all the problems and do a quality job. Hardworking, professional. Owner is totally involved and on-site. Highly recommend. Job was perfect. Do not hire anyone else!!"

"Brien is the kind of contractor that you dream of finding. Meticulous, trustworthy, fast, and friendly. He turned our dingy Pittsburgh basement into what's probably the nicest room in the entire house. Not only did he come in with fantastic design ideas, he really has an eye for the aesthetic. He designed and built the most beautiful bathroom with modern shiplap walls. He also recommended the perfect flooring for our uneven basement floors. We honestly could not be happier with the finished basement and will definitely hire Brien and his team again. He has a super-friendly and skilled crew who take a lot of pride in their work and it shows. Completely recommend these guys."

"Prestige replaced our 1020 sq. ft. asphalt driveway, which was installed when the house was constructed 35 years ago and badly degraded. Jeff promptly responded to our inquiry, provided expert advice upon inspection, and gave us a detailed cost estimate for the work. Prestige completed the job as promised for exactly the amount estimated. The project included excavation and installation of a new base, as well as the blacktop and restoration. They also removed the remnants of a broken basketball post at the edge of the driveway and filled in the hole. The new driveway looks great. The transition into the garage is perfectly level. Connection to the township street is smooth with end joint sealed by hot tar. The Prestige team was very professional from start to finish. They notified us a week in advance of the work to ensure we could support the schedule. They showed up at 7:30 am on the day promised, worked throughout the day and completed the job at about 4:30 pm, including superior clean-up and restoration. Sod adjoining the driveway was preserved and replaced at the end of the job. A small decorative retaining wall separating shrubbery at the edge of the driveway was also restored (and improved). All residual asphalt and debris was swept up and removed from driveway, yard and township street. We are very satisfied with the work and will definitely use Prestige again when the driveway needs to be resealed."

"I was contacted twice before the installation date to confirm my project. I received another phone call the day of the installation. The two men, Daniel and Dominick, explained what was going to be done and were professional the entire day. The concrete slab was leveled with the front porch and looked as good as new. All joints in the driveway were cleaned, filled and sealed. The project was completed on time and at a reasonable cost. Great job!"

"Matt is a gem! He takes great care in his work which was needed to do the tile work. I looked for four years for someone who would even do the job. Matt was the first one who said he could do the tile work too. Dealing with 100 year old subway tile with pencil line thin grout lines is extremely delicate work and Matt did a tremendous job. The work took about 5 weeks because it was so painstaking. Everything was a challange: The beadboard had been cut too short by someone else so he had to create the baseboards rather then use the ones I had. The original chair rail had been demolished leaving some bad gaps and he had to create a backing for the new rail. There was a huge hole where the tub had been and where they had demolished all the tile to put in the "modern" tub and he had to drywall that so he could even put up the beadboard. Because the house is 101 years old, things weren't always plum or square. Matt met every challenge. <br /> I've hired him for more work and plan to keep him busy for awhile yet! He's super nice and and quite a craftsman. He specializes in restoration type work so if you have an old house, Matt is your guy. <br />"

"Excellent ... Robert promptly came over and provided a reasonable quote to plaster the kitchen ceiling due to an upstairs bathroom leak that resulted in the plumbers knocking it out. Since this is an older home the plaster needed to have a swirl pattern. I also mentioned painting was needed for the fix and Robert brought in his son who does painting. After discussions, I decided to also have the kitchen walls, chair rails, baseboards, and basement stair walls painted. This price too was reasonable. An appointment was made for a week later for the plaster work and the painting a week after that. Robert and his son and the 2 helpers finished the job promptly and professionally. The plaster with the swirl pattern blended in with the rest of the kitchen ceiling nicely."

"<p>We called Omnipro in March to get an estimate on a new patio. They came out that week. We agreed on the layout of the patio and the price. We were told at that time appx the end of May for them to come out. The week before they were do I called the company to see if they were running on schedule, (due to all the rain we had been having). I was told they are about a week behind schedule, which was fine, we understood, can't compete with mother nature. It ended up being two week instead of one, they started the job on Monday June 15th. Wednesday June 17th we had our new patio, which we LOVE. They still had to come back out to put the sand down in between the stones. The actual job wasn't completely finished until Thursday June 25th. </p> <p>They were great to work with, and open to when we changed the design a little to accommodate a table and chairs (we had them add a circle section) and an extra section for our grill. </p> <p>We will definitely use them again in the future. </p> <br />"
