"It was a great experience. I emailed them, and they responded right away. Unfortunately, the day the guy came to look at my window, I had literally just come home from putting my 15 year old pet down, and was a mess. Bless his heart he was faster than lightning. He measured the window and was gone before I knew it. They came back and installed the part I needed. I felt it was a high amount, but I donâ t work in windows, so I have no idea if that was reasonable or not. But for the customer service it was fine. I recommend using them! Very easy!"

Installation was completed within a day (4 large windows), and stucco repair completed shortly thereafter. Again, crews were very professional and kept us informed of their progress. "We actually found this company through Costco. We had looked around at several other companies before choosing lasting impressions. Overall we were very happy with the quality of work that they did for us. We were able to visit their show room on the weekends, something that other companies did not let us do. It took a little while to get the windows delivered, but the quality seems to be worth it. It took two days to replace all the windows. They probably could have done it faster than that, they seemed to only work about three quarters of the day. But the two workers were very nice and respectful. There was a little bit of stucco damage, but they repaired all of it before leaving. My only pet peeve is that there was quite a lot of construction dust leftover especially outside. "James has been in this business for a long time and he is a young man in his early 30s. He is very trustworthy, very thorough, he does exactly what I need him to do; so what I do is I have a screen washing and windows in our house done twice a year and then he comes and does, we have quite a bit of window exposure to the patio and he does those for me only. Sometimes, he will just do the exterior, but what I love about it is he uses ionized water, so there are no squeegees on the outside, it just dries crystal clear. It stays clean forever. We are out here carefully when there is a lot of storms that comes through, unless we have a major dust storm it lasts for a while. He does the interior, all the mirrors in the house and all that. He is a good guy. I have recommended several people to him in our HOA and they like him too, so he gets me a little bit of a discount."

"From the sales visit through the final installation we were very satisfied. The installation team of Roger and Rob showed up as scheduled today and were completely professional. They covered all carpeted area's before starting the job and cleaned and removed all debris after completion. I observed much of the installation and they explained each step they were doing and answered all my questions clearly and completely. I was very impressed with their professionalism and quality of workmanship. They took the time to do things right, there experience level was obvious. I was aware of the quality of Anderson windows from a previous home I had built and lived in for over 20 years. The windows looked and operated as good after 20 years of use as they did when new. I was especially interested in seeing how the installation would proceed without doing damage to existing window enclosure and the exterior stucco finish. I was totally satisfied with the removal process of the old windows and installation and finishing touches on the new windows. We absolutely love the look of the new windows and the nearly invisible exterior screens. (we chose the TruScene Insect Screen and they are an amazing improvement over regular screens). I would not hesitate to use Renewal by Anderson again. They will probably not be the cheapest supplier but I think they would be very hard to beat for overall quality and satisfaction. I am very glad we chose them."
