"The experience was awesome. I called Adrian first thing in the morning and he was able to come out and take a look at the job before noon. He called me at work with a quote of $85 and that's exactly what he charged. The welds look really good. With a fresh coat of paint, it looks like we have an (almost) new gate. Adrian was very professional, very reasonably priced, and very skilled at his work."

"Overall our job and experience was great.   The original contractor from Apache Junction did not do proper load calculations and sold us an oversized system with undersized and missing duct work.  Consequently, our heater kept overheating and shutting down.   The AC unit was not operating properly.   Though we had contacted 4 other HVAC companies, they all came out - took a guess - added a part - charged us and left.  None of them were willing to invest the time and effort to search for the root of the problems.  <br /> Marken was the only one willing to make a commitment to work through these problems with us.  Marken Mechanical ran multiple tests to confirm our issues and did accurate load calcualtions utilizing Bryant HVAC manufacturer to verify their findings.  The numbers and science confirmed our problems and indicated what the right solution was for us.    To get the job done properly and to insure we'd have systems that would work 100% of the time, we had to add additional ducting and replace our heating and AC systems.  Ken and Mark communicated well throughout the entire process.  They are Manufacture Factory Certified Installers with the manufacturer standing behind them. The Marken Mechanical team was knowledgeable and professional every step of the way.  We are now enjoying warm, reliable heat and highly recommend Marken Mechanical.  They did their homework and got the job done right -- the first time. <br />"

"The first salesman we had was flaky, but he left Allied Iron. Everyone else has been very knowledgable and professional. I like the fact that you can design the door or gate the way you want, not simply select from a fixed list of models. We were able to see how everything, including the door handle is custom built. I like the fact that we were able to see our door and gate before powder coating. We requested a minor change, which they handled no problem. Installation was quick. The product is not cheap, but considering it is a custom product with high quality, it is worth it."

"I can't say enough good things about this company. Over 4 years ago they ground down the flagstone on our patio and coated it. It looked beautiful. There was a 5 year warranty. Our patio gets a lot of water and three years ago ilthe covering was spotty. We called the company and there was no hesitation on their part. They came out right away and redid the patio. Last week we called them again as there was.a lot of water damage on the patio. Again, without hesitation, they came out and redid the patio one.more time. Here is a company that does not hesitate to stand by their work. After.the latest visit, they did state that they were not doing outdoor flagstone sealing. I don't blame them. But they do backup there work."

"My poor review is not about the company's product quality or their service technicians (installation). It is about their office personnel who are unprofessional in regards to providing their clients with necessary and standard paid receipts. I have been trying for five months to get my paid receipts for security doors I bought from them and had installed. I have called their office several times, dating back to October, and each time I am told the receipt will be e-mailed to me that day. Since I have received other e-mails from them I know they have my correct address. I also recently asked one of the service technician to please have their office send me my receipt. That was four days ago as of this review, and still their office will not give me my receipts. It is required to have receipts for warranty work, for a discount on homeowners insurance, for information on the date, model, color, price and taxes paid. I appreciate the value of the doors I received and the professional installation, however, I can not recommend this company due to their unprofessional accounting practices."

"The owner of Renova kept a personal interest involved throughout the project.  We explained to him what we needed and our budget <br /> and he came in with several cost effective options including substitution of materials.  There was some time delay in completing the project because of tile sampling and stock on hand.  The only thing we would request different is getting the counter tops ordered earlier as this delayed the project by almost three weeks. Over all his workers were extremely polite and very skilled.   The quality of the work for which we paid was exceptional. Even when we made a mistake on the paint color his worker was able to resolve the problem and still not lose any time on the project.  On the next major project we will be calling Renova first."
