"Team was fantastic - exceeded my expectations! They were very communicative and prompt. They came to provide an estimate for the work (cleaning 2 full baths, kitchen, and powder room) and gave options for more services (cleaning the blinds and baseboards and doors). We took them up on the bigger clean and WOW my house is shining! So happy we were able to use them. Highly recommend - wish I had used them sooner!"

"We had a very positive experience with Land Construction Solutions. We hired this company to remove a nonfunctional chimney, open up a wall, install an exhaust fan, and frame and drywall in a new wall. All of the work was completed very professionally, and we are very happy with the results. The owner of this company is easy to work with and communicated with us throughout the project. The owner also handled all of the permitting work, which saved us a headache. We are planning some future work on our house and intend to use the company again. "

FAQs for post construction clean up projects in Chanhassen, MN

Plan on one hour of cleaning for every 100 to 200 square feet. That means a two-to-four-person crew will spend eight to 12 hours on a full-size home.

Your pro will walk the space first, size it up, and give you a more precise timeline to be sure every lofty ceiling, baseboard, and tight corner gets the same white-glove attention.

Cleaning fine dust after construction requires a combined approach of detailed dusting and high‐powered vacuuming. Begin by wiping high surfaces such as ceiling fans, walls, window sills, and countertops to eliminate deposited particles. Next, vacuum all floors, carpets, and hard surfaces and mop afterward to remove residual dust. Finally, clean HVAC returns, supply vents, and replace filters to ensure a completely dust‐free environment.

You’ll need safety gear and heavy-duty tools. At minimum, you should wear a respirator, eye protection, and work gloves. Then, bring in a HEPA-filter shop vac, wet mops, microfiber cloths, and a carpet shampooer to lift dust from every surface.

Pros also keep extra filters and trash bags on hand so they can swap them out mid-job and keep the cleanup running smoothly from start to finish.

Book your post-construction cleanup for one to two days after the last tool leaves the site. That 24- to 48-hour buffer lets dust settle so the crew can snag every speck in one visit.

Touch base with your contractor before you lock in a date; if their punch-list slips, you’ll want to shift the cleaning slot to avoid costly rescheduling and make sure the house is truly move-in ready.
