I found BTDT on Angie's List and used them for a month of yard waste collection that required permits from the City of Durham. They were punctual with in five minutes for delivery and pickups, they were attentive to the need to display the permits and cones and the drivers were super careful not to damage the area. I was so happy with this contractor that I used the for several months to collect construction waste and trash at our home in Chapel Hill. They were helpful about the billing, understanding about several episodes of bad weather that kept us from getting the bin filled in time for the contract pick up dates and in every way were a pleasure to work with.
