"After completion of our bathroom remodel, we now literally give tours to our friends and neighbors. It's spacious and much safer with the ADA layout and new shower concept. Everybody finds the bright new look to be an investment and an enhancement. It adds value but is safer and that's most important. I next plan for my deck to be torn down and rebuilt and will again use Palmetto Renovations only. I have projects and they have expertise."

"After talking with several plumbers, I decided to use Southeast Plumbing and Gas. Brian answered all of my questions and quoted me a very competitive price. Brian installed a new dishwasher, put in a new tankless water heater (plus ran new electrical for the unit) and some other smaller fixes. He was professional, courteous, and did the work for what he quoted. He also tackled some additional plumbing issues that cropped up while he was doing everything else. He was at our house for over 12 hrs fixing everything and making sure everything was working properly before he left. I would definitely recommend SE Plumbing and Gas and would use them again."

"I used this company for a plumbing issue several years ago, and was thrilled to find that they've expanded to HVAC as well. My old unit was emitting carbon monoxide, so I needed it replaced ASAP. Cameron, the main contact person, was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He patiently answered all of my questions, even reviewing the air quality report for my home. One Cottrell gives you an estimate for the work, they stick by it, even if it becomes more involved than expected. They honored their estimate for me, although some additional electric work needed to be done, and the old system was difficult to remove. This company is hands-down the best I've ever employed, and I plan to use them for any home projects that crop up in the future. Honest and reliable."
