She showed up and gave us a one hour free consultation, helping us choose flooring and tiles for the bathroom - they came out so elegant, I wouldnâ t have picked anything remotely close as beautiful! Shelly really brought on a valuable addition to our bathroom renovation project - her great taste - on top of her teamâ s excellent craft, all the finishing touches and all done within reasonable amount of time! We also were quoted for a flat fee, all materials and labor included. But in the end we had asked Shellyâ s team to complete a few additional tasks, such as putting on door knobs and installing a ceiling fan, adding a towel bar and framing small tiles around a cabinet - she didnâ t even charge us for an extra day of work!! "Again Phil came through with amazing work! Had to redo my front walkway. Phil gave me an amazing price, started when he said he will start and did it all in 2 days. Like night and day! He has also remodeled my back yard which was a complete transformation that when I show people what it looked like before their jaw drops to the ground! And he also fix my chimney and removed tar on the side of the chimney (that the previous owner did for some unknown reason) when every other contractor told me u cant remove the tar unless you rebuild the whole chimney. I trust Phil and his crew 100% and you would be crazy if you didn't hire them for any outdoor job. I will be hiring him again to do my walkway on the side of my house as well! "Fredy's group has done an excellent job to "water proof" the porch wall. This job was very complicated; they must remove the blue stones on the porch so they could go down to" water proof" the wall from outside first, then they put back the blue stones and sealed the porch with water seal material. After that, they did the water proofing the inside of the wall to assure no more leakage from the porch to the house. It was raining hard for a couple times but the wall is still completely dried, thanks for the wonderful job done by Fredy's contracting,inc. I greatly recommend this company to everybody."

"Not recommended if you have a gravel driveway. In the project description, I indicated that it was a gravel driveway. When I spoke to him on the phone, I made it clear that it was a gravel driveway. He plowed up a lot of the gravel in the driveway. Even if he had forgotten that it was a gravel driveway, he should have seen that it was after the first pass & adjusted accordingly. Not only did he plow up the gravel toward the house, he dropped the plow before he pulled back which resulted in pulling gravel back to the end of the driveway. In addition, the day he was supposed to come, he hadn't arrived by late afternoon, so I texted him. He replied that he had called me & I had told him that the driveway was already plowed. I hadn't spoken to him. He ended up coming that evening, so I had spent the whole day waiting for him. The only good parts were his partner shoveled the front steps so they weren't blocked by the plowed snow & gravel, and shoveled around a parked car on the side."
