I called and spoke to Barb who did a great job of explaining their unique process which is a wash and rinse method that does not use chlorine or any other harsh chemical products; nor is any high pressure washing done. She came and inspected the house and garage and provided a detailed description of what was found and a quote . I decided to have the roof and siding cleaned on both the house and the garage. "Once the job started in August, his workers arrived early each morning and worked hard all day. They were also responsive and professional in addressing our questions and concerns. During the week-long job, Vinny came to the house each day to show us pictures of the work in progress and to address any questions that arose. Upon our request, the workers even installed shingles on a Christmas stable we have in our garden! When the work was completed, the workers cleaned up and disposed of the related debris. We are happy with the results. It has rained hard a few times since the new roof was installed and my mother reports she no longer smells wet wood when it rains!
