"I had a concrete walkway leading up to the backyard leveled, but the levelers did not replace the heavy rock retaining wall on either side of the path. Within 15 minutes of describing the job, DiCillo Services, LLC sent a crew to my home. Within 30 minutes, that crew started and completed the retaining walls, filled in between the rocks and the garden bed, and cleaned all the mud and debris on the walkway. I would highly recommend this company because they responded to my request immediately and did an amazing job!!! The men were knowledgeable about every aspect of my plants, landscaping, lighting, rain gardens, and restructuring my front yard beds. "3 unsupervised teens were sent out. I showed them what I wanted done. Lawn and beds had a small amount of leaves (fall cleanup done prior)that required raking and use of a blower. They spent an hour and 20 minutes walking around with a blower and leaves, pine cones, and 2 plastic bags against the fence. Half the leaves were untouched, and the gate left opened. When I spoke to the manager about the incompleted work, she said I would have to pay for additional hours. The amount of work could have been completed in less time if they had done the work as instructed. I would not recommend this company. These teens should have had an adult to supervise the work."
