"I left a $9,000 deposit with Comfort Engineered Systems over 11 months ago to have a home generator installed. 6 months passed without any follow up by the company. I then placed 15 calls/messages to the company’s voicemail and answering service without ever receiving a single return call. I was finally left with no choice but to physically show up at the company’s office and demand to speak to the owner (Edward Perez). He claimed he never received any of my call and “just by coincidence” I was “next on the list” to have a generator installed. Five more months went by without any contact from the company. I placed another dozen calls to them, none of which were returned. Again, left with no other option I again had to physically show up at the company’s office to get a response as to why I was being completely ignored after having left a $9,000 deposit. When I got to the company’s office it was completely empty although the company’s name was still on the door. Fortunately there was another tenant in the building who informed me that Comfort Engineered had vacated the premises several months earlier and he thought they may have moved to Harrahan. The company’s website still listed the previous address so I had to do some detective work to find the location of their office in Harrahan. I again physically showed up at the company and requested a return of my deposit since over 11 months had passed, I had never received a single communication from the company and they were continuing to ignore my telephone messages. I would like to hand my full deposit returned so that I can move on with my project with someone else. Mr. Perez told me that “we do not return any deposits after 3 days” and again, by coincidence, I was “next on the list”. I told him that if I did not receive a refund of my deposit I was going to pursue legal action and walked out. Mr. Perez ran after me in the parking lot saying he could install my generator next week. Mr. Perez is the most dishonest businessman I have met in 30 years of doing construction/renovation work. Stay away from this guy like the plague."

"I ONLY gave a 1 star rating, cause this is the Only way I can submit this rating. They Do NOT deserve a 1 star rating. They deserve a -0 Rating. Worker Justin 1st came. Made up some Big Numbers on his lap top then started some work with the sink focets I purchased. He is a Scam Artist. I asked for paperwork on everything that he did with prices & Paperwork on the Warenty he said I have. Still haven't received any paperwork 2 weeks later. Though he TOOK my money QUICK. Other workers came a few days after to install focets& shower heads in 2 bathrooms. They cut out sheetrock in order to get to the pipes, & said they would not repair the sheetrock back (THAT THEY CUT OUT). We were told we would have to Hire their contractor who did sheetrock in order to have it repaired. I REFUSE TO GIVE THEM ANY MORE MONEY. I WILL FIND SOMEONE MYSELF & AND GLADLY GIVE MY MONEY TO SOMEONE ELSE. I WILL TELL EVERYONE I ENCOUNTER TO NEVER USE TIMS SOUTHERN AIR. AND OF COURSE I WILL NEVER USE TIMS SOUTHERN AIR EVER AGAIN. ONCE THEIR DONE WITH THE JOB, YOU WILL NEVER HEAR FRO. THEM AGAIN. THEY ARE NOW DODGING MY PHONE CALLS ASKING FOR PAPERWORK I AM REQUESTINGCAUTIOUS TO EVERYONE. TIMS SOUTHERN AIR ARE SCAMMERS LOOKING TO TAKE AS MUCH MONEY AS YOU WOULD GIVE THEM. I SHOULD OF NEVER GAVE THEM A CENT OF MY MONEY."
