"From the initial contact through the job completion communication was excellent. Brian did a thorough job. He worked hard to clean my roof with 15 years of moss, algae, and lichen. The roof is completely clean of all growth. While Brian worked on the roof his assistant kept the grounds, windows, and siding clean. Neighbors are quite impressed. "The owner (Shaun) communicated promptly on the quote, that was the lowest of the four I received, and was flexible with the date the work was conducted. The crew arrived on time, and during the day of the work I communicated several times with one of Shaun's employees who stayed on site overseeing the work for the duration of most of the project. The crew seemed experienced and worked professionally. The materials used were high quality. <br /> There was a surprise for us (although perhaps not so much for an experienced roof contractor) under the decades old shingles - there was no roof sheathing/plywood under the old shingles. This jacked up the price from the quote to almost twice from the original, and extended the work to two days instead of one that was the original estimate. The price per square foot on plywood to be used in case the old plywood needed to be replaced varied about .50 per sq ft among contractors in the quotes that I had received, and Shaun's was at the high end. It is worth negotiating that price and at the minimum making a back of the envelope calculation as to how much extra you will pay if you end up replacing the plywood on the entire roof. That possibility did not come up with any of the contractors I had received quotes from.  <br /> The finished roof looks great and so far I have only run into a handful of pieces of old shingle material or nails on the property - this must be impossible to avoid - in my opinion the cleanup was as good as it could have been. <br /> This company requires half of the quote price in advance. <br />"

"I was happy with the experience the first time I contacted Atlanta Best Gutter Cleaner. I was happy with the pleasant voice of the associate, the follow up email that contained detail instructions and information about the process the crew would use to clean my gutters, and the payment process. I got a $10 discount for being a first time customer. The crew called 30 minutes before they arrived, the crew asked me if I had any questions before they started the work, they answered my questions and made recommendations such no clog gutter cover installation, and the crew completed the work in approximately 20 minutes. I have already asked Atlanta Best Gutter Clearers to schedule a six months appointment. After the six months appointment I hope the work is just as excellent. If so, I will agree to an annual contract. I wish I took pictures."
