Ms.Otal helped with re-finishing lower flight hand(rail) wall, and painted wood-composite baseboards outside to keep paint smell outside. Charlie changed baseboards near master shower and left of master vanity. Old baseboards outside appeared to have dry rot from water damage since townhome was built in 1974, but internally remodeled in 2020, before I bought. Charlie and Cecilia, wife, also replaced the front door insert, partially, as needed, using his own drill, cleaning up w / his own vacuum cleaner and brush. Charlie and Cecilia were very detail-oriented, which could explain why they worked for eight hours on a holiday!"
