He doesn't skip any corners, thinks about all the drainage, earth-moving and other specialized details that may evade a lay-person, and leaves a job only once you're happy and satisfied (often times leaving the space looking 10x better than when he started). "Bill and his crew were amazing! We built an addition on the back of our home and inadvertently created lots of drainage problems on our property. We had flooding around our foundation and even water getting into the crawl space. Bill came out, assessed the situation and proposed several solutions for us to choose from. He left and within hours we received a detailed quote. We were happy with the price and thoroughly impressed with the work that was done. They created a swale with drainage boxes and pipes to take water around and away from the house. They used rock, mulch, straw and grass seed as needed to address each area of concern. We have had rain a couple of times since the project was completed and have not worried at all about flooding around our foundation. I know I can only give 5 stars but 10/10, recommend!"
