"Carlos was amazing from start to finish. His professionalism and transparency during the project was greatly appreciated. He tried to fix our issue first to safe us money but when a total repair was needed he was fair on pricing and path forward. His cleaned up during the job and after as like he was never there. He has a real skill and grateful I was driving behind his work truck one day and gave him a call. I will be using him for future projects at our house as well!"

"They did a great job! My roof looks great! Reliable and kept me well informed about everything. They kept cost in mind and cleaned up nicely after themselves. Serge even came out late to tarp the roof until it could get repaired so that I didnâ t have any further damage to the house waiting for the roof. They were very nice to work with. Great people. I canâ t say enough good things about them!"

"He responed to my repair and made a appointment and did my job the same day. He completed my job and he also fixed other cracks in the house and he cleaned up after he completed work. I definetly would use him for other work in my house again."

"This is a great Veteran owned and operated business which takes pride in it's work. I hired Seth Kolby, owner of KolbyCraft Builders, LLC, to repair portions of my three-rail split rail fence and install new fencing in other areas along with new gates. Seth is an on site, hands on owner who is easy to work with and is true to his word. Seth, Michael Morin and a dedicated crew completed the fencing project on time and on budget. I am very pleased with the work of KolbyCraft Builders. As a Charlotte native I've hired a number of companies to do repairs on my 40+ year old house and grounds and, so far, none have equaled Kolbycraft Builders for speed of completion and quality of work. I unconditionally recommend this group of fine professionals and will personally hire them for a variety of other work since fencing is just one of their many areas of expertise. Full disclosure: I do not work for or have any financial interest in KolbyCraft Builders and, as far as I know, I am not related to any person associated with them. My experience with KolbyCraft Builders has been entirely positive and if it wasn't I would certainly say so."

"When you first meet James, you can't help but like him. Life changed and I needed a ramp into the house for my daughter's new motorized wheelchair. James was the first person to come to my home and his estimate fell within the range of costs. He told me that the ramp should have handrails to provide safety for my daughter and make it easier for anyone following her up the ramp and into the house. James has extraordinary experience which helped me because I have never before made my house wheelchair accessible. I would love to find a thousand superlatives to describe James' work. He focused on safety, functionality, durability and beauty. Recently, another handyman visited my house to seek any home project and he remarked on the high quality and beauty of the ramp. I can see that James takes immense pride in his work. I only wish that I could give James two 5-star reviews for his hard work to show my appreciation for his talent. I could say more but I am exceeding the maximum letters"

"He was great! We had a minor emergency and he was here with the hour. Got our repair done in a timely manner and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend and we will use again."
