Aldo Mencia, the owner, gave us a great quote and timeline to complete building a paver patio with a wall in our backyard. He and his crew worked tirelessly and completed the project on time. Moreover, they replaced the sod that was damaged around the outside of the patio during the construction with some of the old sod they saved. Our patio looks beautiful. "The whole project went very well - I found Damon/Yard Solutions via Angie's List. I called and left a voicemail - and Damon called me back (which really set him apart). He came by, looked at our space and listened to what we were trying to achieve. He had some ideas and discussed his approach. He emailed an estimate that evening - and then dropped off a book of photos for us to review. He was great - I had found other pictures on the web that I sent to him - and he provided input on the type of stamp, color, pros/cons. He really showed his expertise. Damon gave me a time estimate (based on him finishing another project) - but he showed up 2 days early which was SUPER. He and his crew were very polite, professional and diligent. Damon gave suggestions and really acted as a professional I could rely on to make the right decisions to ensure the job was done right. Overall, he did an excellent job and I want to find other landscaping projects for him as I was so pleased. My husband said he wished we had a plumber/electrician/etc. just like Damon - a real professional who you can trust. <br />"

"It could not have gone better.  I phoned to ask for prices and a representative came out the next day.   She measured the area which I wanted mulched and gave me a price.    I then checked that price with others, determined it was fair and told her to please schedule the work.  There was a lot of weeds, small trees, etc. in the area which had to be removed prior to mulching.   I told her to do it (since I couldn't) and that was an additional $150.    Then I decided to go with the river rocks along the edge to help keep the mulch where it belongs and that cost $220. <br /> They came within a day or two, the mulch was almost all spread when I arrived home and I couldn't believe what a difference it made.   It looked so good that neighbors driving by stopped to look at it and asked questions about their services.   They came the next day (today) to arrange the rocks around the border of the mulch and now it looks even better - more like a completed project. <br /> I have no complaints about anything - the workmen were very polite, worked hard and fast and left no mess behind.  I count this as one of the best decisions I've ever made regarding my house and yard. <br />"
