"Hired this woman for a deep cleaning after returning from hospital. She arrived on time and charged me the 135.00 we agreed upon. I also gave her a 25.00 tip. I was not able to check her work close up due to my limited movement. I was, however, surprised at how quickly she was done, 2 1/2 hours. Scheduled her to return in 2 weeks at 11:30. Which the day before she switched to 2:30. Then at 3:30 when she had not arrived i called her and she said she was on her way. Then texted after a 1/2 hour saying she got a flat tire but would be here by 430. Due to my being on oral chemotherapy I have to eat at a specific time which would not allow her enough time to clean so I canceled and she said she would come the next day at 2:30. At 3:10 when she hadn't arrived i texted her. She said she lost track of time and would be here by 4:00. Once again it would interfere with my mandatory meal time, which she was aware of. I once again had to cancel. This prompted me to check her deep cleaning work. "
