"The service technician called just prior to scheduled appointment to confirm. Arrived on time and described what was involved with the service and pricing including dryer vent cleaning, clean vent tray cavity, replace outside vent cover. Discovered birds nest just inside the outside vent exhaust pipe and removed it. Then Roy performed a thorough vent pipe cleanout and serviced the lint tray cavity. Installed a new bird proof exhaust cover. I felt the pricing was high, especially for the vent cover, $98, but Roy stated that it comes with a lifetime warranty which covers free replacement and cleanout should the cover become compromised."

"The basement wall was built over vent. Richard the technician did a great job removing the old vent and installing the new one up to code. He had to remove the drop ceiling to access the vent to the outside. Then he drilled a perfect 4" hole in the cabinet above the dryer because the new vent had to be installed outside the wall and the cabinet was in the way. Rich was very professional, very precise and very informative. The entire job took a few hours and when he finished everything was cleaned up.
