He quoted me a fixed price, which included all of the major items as well as the small but crucial pieces that I didn't even know that I needed: outside faucet, electrical outlet, linen vent. Stopped for lunch at 11:30 returned to work promptly at 12:30 and was finished with the job by 3. They were all very professional and courteous. The clean up was impeccable.
