"I have done a lot of home renovation projects in the past, and I wish ALL contractors were like Mike. From start to finish of this ENORMOUS project, Mike was amazing to work with. He showed up when he said he was going to show up, he responded promptly to emails and texts, and he remembered all of the little details that we discussed along the way. His estimate was accurate and included all of the components that we talked about, and then we made some adjustments to the original estimate, which were also perfectly captured. And on top of all that, his quote/estimate was one of the most reasonable ones that we received (and we got 6 quotes). He was so knowledgeable with the information and advice that he provided, and I had complete trust that he would do a superb job. We had to move out of the house while the work was ongoing. He kept in touch the entire time, providing updates regularly. I never doubted that things were going well and according to plan. He had a team of two additional guys and they were also very pleasant and very hard working. And the work that was done was unbelievable quality. It looks so beautiful - a complete transformation of the home! In addition to the flooring, we paid Mike to install new 6 inch baseboards, which was a great addition. I would recommend Mike and Universal Flooring to anyone who is considering new hardwood floors or any flooring work for that matter. We will certainly use him again in the future if ever needed. THANK YOU MIKE!!!"

"Everything was done with the utmost level of care and expertise. We went from old, worn wood floors to shiny, brand new ones. They completely transformed our house and did an amazing job in less than a week. This all came at an unbelievable price lower than most of the competition around."

"Bill and Jason are total experts at repair, installing and finishing (on time). Very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Showed up on schedule all 4 days and beautiful work!"

"Good service, Duoc and his team , did an awesome for my house very efficent. They installed new hardwood floors & also they were so clean and helpful with us in process of buying the material. Definitely will use them again and refer them over to my friends"

"The house was a bit of a challenges because there were multiple woods (oak, maple, and pine). Getting a stain to match across all these woods wasn't easy. We were also between a few colors, so it was hard to decide. Anh was very accommodating and gave us samples from the workshop as a starting point. We got a shortlist from that, which he then put as samples on the floor so we could really see what it would look like. We made lots of iterations which he was happy to do. The crew finished the work in less than a week. They were prompt and available when promised. Every day they cleaned up their work. In short, we're very happy with the results. Anh was also one of the more reasonable quotes from the list of 4 that we received (his quote was clear/concise and prompt). He was also a referral from a friend, so that made our choice even easier."

"The floors look phenomenal! Really day and night and make the house look so much better and brighter. The job was done in 3 days at a very fair price. Thank you Thai!"
